Nurse Visit at Home for Health Check
- Recommend for patient who just discharge from the hospital and need to continue health check , daily , weely or monthly , we have a qualified nurse who have experience who can go to visit you at home and check your health by list below
- general check ( Head to toe examination )
- Check body weight and BMI
- Check blood pressure and pulsh
- Check body temperature
- Check Oxygen Saturation (To check that you have enough Qxygen in your body or not )
- Check bllod sugar level , for diabetes , who would like to check blood sugar level , weekly or monthly , or people who have hight risk to be diabetes
Physiotherapy
After operation or you have problem with immobilization and you need a professional to healp you by immobilization , active or passive exercise , we provide a physiotherapy for you at home .
